iFi Audio ZEN DAC V2
The iFi Audio ZEN DAC V2 is a compact and affordable DAC/headphone amplifier designed for music lovers who want to enjoy high-resolution streaming audio. Thanks to its powerful 16-core processor, the V2 version offers even better performance and more refined sound reproduction.
This versatile USB DAC can be used on a desktop with headphones, as a DAC within a Hi-Fi setup, or as a preamplifier for active speakers. The fully balanced dual-mono design ensures excellent channel separation and very low noise levels.
The built-in Burr-Brown DAC chip supports high-resolution audio formats up to 24-bit/384kHz PCM, DSD256, and MQA, allowing music files to be converted to analog sound with extreme accuracy.
For headphones, the ZEN DAC V2 features a 6.3 mm output and a balanced 4.4 mm Pentaconn connection. With features such as PowerMatch and TrueBass, the sound can be easily tuned to different headphones.
The DAC is powered via USB, but can optionally be combined with an external iFi iPower power supply for use within a Hi-Fi system. This makes the ZEN DAC V2 a complete and versatile solution for high-quality digital audio playback.
