The iBasso DC04 Ultra is an extremely powerful and versatile portable DAC/headphone amplifier that combines uncompromising performance with a compact dongle design. Thanks to its dual Cirrus Logic CS43198 DACs and fully balanced amplifier architecture, it delivers an impressive output power of up to 980mW per channel, effortlessly driving both sensitive IEMs and demanding full-size headphones. The sound remains clean, dynamic, and refined, with high resolution up to PCM 32bit/768kHz and native DSD512.
Unique in this class is the independent control via the built-in 0.96-inch color screen and physical buttons. This allows you to control volume, gain, digital filters, and EQ directly on the device, without relying on an app. For those who want to fine-tune further, a 10-band PEQ is available via Android, while FPGA processing and a femtosecond clock ensure extremely stable timing and natural, jitter-free playback.
The DC04 Ultra is constructed from CNC-milled stainless steel and features both a 4.4 mm balanced output and a 3.5 mm single-ended connection with microphone support and SPDIF function.
