The FIIO FG3 is an over-ear gaming headset that combines FIIO’s audio expertise with the needs of modern gamers. Thanks to more than a decade of experience in hi-fi audio, the FG3 delivers an immersive listening experience, with a focus on precise sound localization and a high level of detail. The FIIO FG3 utilizes a coaxial dual-dynamic driver system featuring a 50 mm driver for powerful bass and midrange and a separate 16 mm driver for high frequencies. This design creates a wide soundstage with extremely precise positioning, ensuring that subtle details such as footsteps, ambient sounds, and voice communication are reproduced clearly and convincingly.

For optimal sound quality, the headset features a built-in DAC and a powerful headphone amplifier that supports audio signals up to 192 kHz / 24-bit. With an output power of up to 77 mW, both the finest details and explosive action scenes are reproduced faithfully, allowing players to pick up on every important audio detail.

A specially tuned virtual 7.1 surround sound system creates a spatial listening experience that provides extra immersion, especially when watching movies or playing action games. Explosions, passing vehicles, and ambient sounds are convincingly positioned around the listener, contributing to an even more intense gaming and movie experience.

The detachable microphone features intelligent ENC noise cancellation, effectively reducing background noises such as keyboard and mouse clicks. Microphone monitoring can also be configured via the FIIO Control WEB interface for even better control during online sessions.

The browser-based FIIO Control WEB interface provides access to extensive settings without the need to install additional software. Users can, among other things, adjust a 10-band equalizer and save different sound profiles for a variety of applications.

In addition, the FIIO FG3 features multiple preset sound modes, including specific profiles for FPS, MOBA, and action games, as well as separate modes for music and movies. This tuning ensures that voices, effects, and ambient sounds are reproduced optimally for every situation.

Thanks to support for USB-C, USB-A, and 3.5 mm connections, the headset is highly versatile. The FIIO FG3 is compatible with Windows computers, smartphones, laptops, and popular game consoles such as PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. The wired connection guarantees extremely low latency, keeping video and audio perfectly in sync.
