At the heart of AMP18 is a two-stage amplification architecture with a cascaded current feedback circuit, which effectively prevents transient distortion without compromising speed or dynamics. In the first amplification stage, carefully selected operational amplifiers ensure extremely low noise and accurate signal reproduction, while transistors increase the driving power. The second stage uses current mirror amplification with complementary outputs, resulting in linear amplification, lightning-fast attack, and natural decay, with realistic reproduction of microdetails and dynamic passages.

With support for an external 12V power supply, the AMP18 achieves an impressive output power of up to 1740mW + 1740mW @ 32 ohms, effortlessly driving virtually any headphones.
